Mission

We live in a world where our family, daily lives, and our very sense of security are under constant attack. Hope seem to be hidden or even lost. The mission of L.I.G.H.T. is to reach students for Christ and to this world a generation of young people who live fulfilled lives because of the hope and security they have found in Jesus Christ

Vision

Imagine with me a place where students from all walks of life, with all kinds of backgrounds, and experience gather together. They gather, not because they have nothing else to do or because it’s the best thing happening on a school night. They gather because they have found a place where love is given freely and without a waiting period to rove they are worthy of being loved.

Imagine a place where God speaks to students’ hearts through the teaching of His Word. They have a personal relationship with him and their hearts are being transformed as they learn to follow Christ. Every week these students can’t wait to get together to see what God is doing in their school and their community. They can’t wait because they have come to expect that God will show up and will do great things.

This is what we pray will happen at L.I.G.H.T. one day.
